Make yeast sponge with yeast, water,and honey. Add salt, oil, milk and buckwheat. Slowly add whole wheat and beat till stiff dough forms. Knead 5 - 7 minutes. Shape into loaves and place in greased pans. Let rise till doubled. Bake at 350 degrees, 50 - 60 minutes.
